"The Livery Station"

Behind the old Victorian Style
house that is home to the Gwinnett School of Music, is located a stone barn that was once the livery station for the City of Grayson.
During the late 1800's the railroad ran behind the property. Livestock
was boarded there. The old barn is being renovated and expanded into a
3500 square foot facility. As a dance studio the building will feature
two large 40 x 30 rooms replete with mirrors, dance bars and a
professional dance floor. On the weekends the facilty can be expanded
into a 70 x 40 hall via a retractable wall. A perfect venue for
recitals, workshops, clinics and special events. Construction should be
